I use it for alot of things but I'm pretty sure I haven't used it to it's full extent. Really like frozen fried chicken and French fries in it.

I love the product but I had no probe or probe wheel in the box. It was a gift on Christmas and the whole family searched through the wrapping paper but it wasn’t there. Of course I used the fryer that day so there’s no way I can return it. Is there another way to acquire these parts?
