[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I truly enjoyed this mixer ALOT! It's my new favorite! The directions say to ad 1/10 of it to 10 part soda stream soda water , but I liked it with more a stronger flavor. So I added about 3-4 parts instead and oh my! Soooo good. The flavor profile is perfect! I felt like it was the perfect blend of elderberry to the grapefruit. So glad I have a new way to drink soda water. So excited to try the rest of what they have. I definitely highly recommend this!

It’s super refreshing with just the right mix of tangy grapefruit and a hint of floral elderflower. Honestly, I don’t even use it as a mixer—I just add sparkling water, and it’s perfect on its own. It would also taste great with some gin though, or any other spirit of your choice. It’s a total hit for the holidays but would be just as amazing in the summer. If you’re into drinks that are light, flavorful, and easy to love, this one’s a no-brainer. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Perfect addition to a holiday drinks menu

Wether you are a drinker or not this is perfect to keep when you want something a little extra special or to keep on hand to make a delicious cocktail/mocktail, especially during the holidays when guests happen to pop in. The flavor is heavier on the grapefruit with a touch of elderflower, I do wish that the elderflower were more prominent, and the sweetness is just enough. For those who don’t drink, the mixer is special enough with just your Soda Stream fizzy water or with a nonalcoholic spirit or a great way to dress up a simple gin and tonic. Even if you don’t have a soda stream I would recommend keeping a bottle as a quick way to dress up your seltzer or even a glass of sparkling wine.
