Not a good taste

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received complimentary Pinapple Jalapeño Drink Mix by SodaStream in exchange for my honest review. Ooof, it’s going to be a no for me. Although I normally enjoy this flavor pairing, this tasted artificial. It tasted like black pepper and campfire and corn syrup. Not exactly what I would like to put in a mixed drink. I think this is a great idea and could be really versatile but the taste just wasn’t it. Easy to use though!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Jalapeño Mix add texture and a hint of pineapple flavor to a already flavor-full spirit, for a stronger beverage I suggest skip the mineral water more Ice. My husband said that this mix have like a fermented pineapple flavor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was super sour with a taste of jalapeño. It wasn’t good at all. I had to add more flavor to the water than recommended because it was too “watery” tasting at the recommended ratio. I wouldn’t buy or recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cocktail is so good. It is easy to mix with other drinking giving a good taste. I usually add sparkling water and it tastes so refreshing!!! It is the perfect cocktail for me. I like the mixture of pineapple and jalapeño. It is such a good combination. The bottle is made of glass which looks expensive.

Well, this drink mix will make that a thing of the past!
I will admit the first time I tried making this, it wasn’t great. After reading the instructions more carefully, I realized I had my portions all off. I chose today to make the 6 oz size with the mix and liquor and it’s sooo much tastier! The pineapple flavor comes thru with a little hint of jalapeño, even with a potent local whisky. I like that this can easily be made into a mocktail for when I’m just wanting a tasty flavored sparkling water.
The bottle itself is very eye catching, it looks like something you’d find in a bar liquor cabinet.
I’d love to try other drink mixes of this variety to have a whole bar of my own!

It is so easy to mix together with minimal ingredients and it tasted great. It was perfect for an at home taco date night. Definitely recommend if you’re into cocktails/mocktails and soda stream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer was surprisingly delicious! It added the perfect hint of that pineapple and just enough jalapeño as well. I will say it does have a decent amount of sugar in it which is probably why it’s so delicious. It’s 18g of sugar and 16g of that is added so 2g are natural sugars. Im not a huge fan of added sugared drinks but they’re nice on occasion especially when you’re trying to make a nice cocktail for friends and family!
