Odd aftertaste

Hi,
This is true of every mocktail mix I have tried--there is an odd aftertaste, I can't place it. Also, it lacks the "pinch" of a real cocktail, but I guess that's too be expected. I won't be buying more of these.

Pineapple + Jalapeno Mixer

I liked this very much, as pineapple is one of my favorite fruits. I did not open the other flavors yet, as I'd have to refridgerate them all and don't have a lot of space to spare.
