I never thought a Tote could be this good.

Honestly tote bags are not taken seriously today. Most of them are not designed well and the standard canvas material is simply terrible. It gets wet, dirty, dusty.
This tote is thoughtfully designed and gives a refreshed use to this category.
The material is light, holds well the wet/water, doesn't get dusty and it's sturdy.
The size is perfect, easy to carry on. The packable mechanism is not frustrating.
Finally a tote that makes sense. Thanks Peak Design.

Very happy with the packable tote

We ordered and used two on a recent trip. It came in really handy to have tucked away to pull out for groceries, gear, any random stuff we found. The strap is pretty comfortable, easy to pack away. Being zippable is a plus.
The major flaw I had was the pocket is too small for my phone (pixel 7 xl)

Easy to keep handy for unexpected needs

I liked my first one so much, I bought another. It packs down to the size of my iPhone so it’s easy to stash in my car, bike panniers, or luggage.

I've carried various packable bags over the years and this one is by far my favorite one so far. I particularly like the ability to zipper-shut the bag, which I don't see often among options of packable bags. The design is simple and clean, which I like, and the quality feels sturdy for what the product is meant to do (including traveling around). I personally keep one PD packable tote in each of my work and travel bags, respectively.

Great size bag, good handle

This bag is great as an on-the-go spare bag in a backpack or purse. The handle is robust and fits over a shoulder well. The bag seems very sturdy and packs up extremely small into a small envelope-like pouch. The only downside is that the main opening is a little smaller than some other totes but it's not really been an issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A great accessory to any regular PD bag

Used it on a trip to Japan and stowed it with my backpack. Was handy to store jackets and other loose items in a pinch. Then easy to stow away when uneeded
