Amazing bag!

I've been looking for a packable bag for the longest time and this is the first one I've been able to find that not only packs up well, but also is made of high quality material.

Okay first impressions

The bag is very useful edition for a small day-backpack. The build quality is okay, but there are a few loose threads (at the point where the strap meets with te bottom of the bag).
I would recommend this to a friend!

The ideal packable tote for travel and everyday!!

I was skeptical about this bag initially - especially given some of the negative comments about it’s smallish size, short strap and it not being worth the price. But I needed a packable tote for a 2 week trip in Europe and in the end bought this on a whim. I took it in compact form, used it as a day bag and took it as my personal item on the plane on the way back (having bought enough stuff to check my carry-on luggage).
SIZE
It looks pretty small, but performs surprisingly well - it fit a lot! At its fullest, it held my big clutch wallet, a portable charger, a normal sized umbrella (from the hotel), 2 bananas, 2 snack bars, 2 sunglass cases, a 750ml water bottle, a large scarf, my husband’s hoodie and small souvenirs we bought along the way. It was full, but didn’t look ridiculous, and honestly could have comfortably held more!

It actually looks best when about a third full. If I only had a one or two things in it, it didn’t hang quite right. So I suggest pairing it with a small sling or clutch. I’d attach it in compact form to my Lululemon Curved Wristlet if I didn’t have much with me, but would break it out and gradually fill it with food, souvenirs, and extra layers of clothing throughout the day, as it (and I) warmed up.
MATERIALS
As others have said, this bag feels premium. The fabric is great quality, and the handle is sturdier than any other packable tote I’ve seen. I also really appreciated that it is a unisex design that doesn’t look overly touristy, and is still really comfortable to carry. And - I love the zipper! It was nice to know our stuff was secure and safe.

STRAP
Like some other reviewers, i was a bit nervous about the strap length, since I am larger bodied and my husband has substantial shoulders and arms. But, neither of us had any issues with it, even in cold weather with heavy jackets on. And actually, we found that it’s also perfectly sized to carry briefcase style with a heavy load of groceries from the market - it didn’t hang too low or ever graze the sidewalk, which was nice. And we never felt the load was too heavy for the strap or the bag materials.

A Little Workhorse

Bought this for a trip to Africa, thinking it would be good for packing essentials in case my carry on bag had to be checked. Turned into something I used throughout the trip. Holds a LOT and is easy to carry. Only downside is it isn't washable.

I’m on a trip and this light tote holds my purse, iPad, lunch, hat, and magazine. It’s good looking. The shoulder handle is the right length.

Amazing tote!

Bought this tote a few weeks ago and hace used it every day. It packs up small and easily fits into a small side pocket of my bag. The strap stays securely on your shoulder which I love as other similar totes tended to slip off and I am amazed by how much weight it can handle. I will be purchasing more of these. A very well and thoughtfully designed product.

Simple. Packable. Tough.

Bought this right when it came out, and it had some fraying of thread from the manufacturing. Took nearly a year, but wrote PD and they gabe me a new one that is cleaner and better. This is a review more so of PD’s customer service experience, than of the bag, but the bag has gone with me to the grocery store, work and abroad on many Mexico trips.

Great bag I can pack away into a small space.

Great bag I can pack away into a small pouch and slip away inside my back pack so when need a shopping bag or bag to carry lots of something, its there ready to go. I like the single handle design. The material looks great and appears to be hardwearing so should last me a good long time.
