A perfect storage space

A perfect gym bag, carry on, over nighter really anything that you might need a medium sized bag for. Far spacious than you'd expect with more pockets than I need(but I like to have that option). I'd recommend it to anyone, except my worst enemy(I'd recommend something not peak design to them).

Perfect to my lighting.

Went on a trip to Mammoth Lakes and I was able to pack all my lighting equipment minus the stands. It worked great and it was weather resistant in the snow also.

Finally Found

I've been looking for a good versatile bag that has decent storage space while having enough compartments to carry smaller items. After going through a number of cheap duffels to backpacks made to maximize airline carry-on space, I decided to take the plunge and try a Peak Design. It's been great for over-nights, weekend trips, and other times I require a slightly larger bag. Ergonomics are clearly superior to other duffel bags, especially with the different shoulder strap position. Having a multitude of side pockets both outside and inside the main compartment makes it easy to access smaller items without requiring extra organization bags. Overall a solid stand-alone storage system (I'm sure it'll be even better with Peak Design's accessories).
One advertised method of carrying that I am disappointed by is the use of carrying straps as a backpack. The straps are a tad short and there is no adjustments for said straps, making for an uncomfortable experience as a backpack. It would be nice if this bag had optional straps that could turn this duffel into an actual backpack. Despite my experience, it is a small con for all the other great ways to carry this duffel.

This is a nice added to my travel pack. I usually keep my gear in the travel pack and put my personal items in the duffel. Great quality and design.

Bought this duffel for the weekend trips and it didn't disappoint. With all the compartments and volume it's a super carrying bag. Been wanting a weekender bag and when I saw the review of this, I feel in love. A purchase that I am not regretting at all. Thanks Peak Design for making this duffel!!!!

Excellent for a week

I just tried it for a one week trip and it was just perfect. Fitted my camera D810 nikon and couple of lenses and my light clothes. I love the many ways u can carry it.

Great duffel bag

I bought this bag after seeing all the promotional videos and all the reviews here and on other social media.
To cut to the bottom line: this is a well designed duffel bag.
1. The bag looks great and you will get q's and comments on it while you travel with it.
2. It has great structure and has decent external pockets on both sides. It could have done with some larger internal pockets.
3. It carrys well....with both the hand held and shoulder strap
4. It stows well...even fits in the overhead bin on Embrarer jet.
5. Its multi purpose...I have carried camera gear and used it for weekend travel.
6. Just love it.
