I recently received my 6L Sling and I love it! It is exactly what I needed. Solid, nice design, versatile and good price. My Canon M6 Mark II with 50mm lens + two more lenses (telephoto 55-250 + 15-45mm) fits in including my charger and a few other essentials. I am already looking forward to purchasing more from Peak Design so I can focus on the joy of photography and not how to drag all my stuff around!

Bought the 5L V1 sling back in 2018, and had it replaced via warranty with the 6L V2 recently: couldn't be happier with the new version. It fixes a few design quirks with the original: zippers are sturdier, and there's plenty of vertical space. A bit more rigid, as well, which is good.

The perfect shooting bag.

I’ve been using the v1 5L sling for the past 5 years. It’s become my favorite shooting bag for my Fuji MILC system. (Easier to “run and gun” than the Domke bag that proceeded it.) I got the 6L sling a couple of weeks ago. It’s everything the original was…plus just a little bit more. The more means the zippers move freely, not catching on the top of my gear. I can add a prime atop the shorter zoom. Or leave the 1.4x teleconverter attached to the long lens. More room to stash strobist gear too. The removable tripod straps are a nice upgrade too. I now longer need to lash my tripod and nano stand to the top handle.
I was initially concerned about carrying a bigger bag. In practice the additional bulk isn’t noticeable, but I do appreciate the added volume.

I have the everyday backpack and am very familiar with the quality of Peak Design. That carries into the 3L Sling. I use it for my mirrorless camera along with a little room for other EDC stuff — like glasses & phone.Highly recommend.

Perfect Bag For A Climbing Photographer

I had the old 5L version, but upgraded to the 6L bag and it is Fan-Freaking-Tastic! I'm a big fan of the double zipper upgrade. The amount of room in the bag is wonderful and the material is super durable so I have full confidence in it keeping my gear safe on climbing shoots.

I bought the Sling 3l in the new color offered, I already have other bags so I knew what to expect.
Always of exceptional quality, practical, for me it is the best bag that can be found in terms of quality and functionality.
