Great Bag but needs a little more

Let me start off by saying the customer service that PD has is impeccable! They are extremely helpful and I could not be anymore grateful for them. Believe it or not, it is a HUGE huge reason when shopping their gear. It is a major factor.
I have spent countless days trying to find the perfect camera bag. It came to a point where I just did not believe it existed. I was looking for the perfect mixture of great and minimal design, along with durability as well as a bag that can do both everyday activities and for my camera gear. Finally, I found this.
This bag offers a great amount of places to put your gear. I am able to carry the following- Sony A7II with a lens attached 35mm and 85mm Mavic Air 2 with the remote, and three batteries GoPro with all of my main attachments A various amount of camera gear, like filters, spare batteries, remote etc Of course, I still have more room for other things.
When doing this, nothing is crammed and everything is easy to get to with no issues. I am not a huge fan of onl side access but it works well and the zippers are strong! The bag is also super comfortable (im 5'8 155lb)
However, there are some things I wish PD added to this bag. I wish there was at least one more zipper on the outside of this bag for easy access. I also would like the pockets inside to be much larger on the side flaps. Thirdly, it would be nice if PD released a bag that had the option to open the WHOLE bag (like the travel backpack), then it would be perfect!

Super Flexible Grab, Wish for 30L Option

Incredible bag overall! Holds Sony a7, with 16-35, 85, and 70-200, phone, charger, MacBook with space for snacks, water bottle, and extra layer for an adventure. The shoulder straps are incredible and holds the weight equally on your whole back. I've done a few long hikes 10+ miles without any shoulder strain using the gear above (minus laptop).
I only have three changes that I would make on it.
1. 30L Option: If the Everyday Zip came in a 30L or was a little bit longer to hold just a bit more in the top compartment after filling the bottom with gear. The zip cranks down on the items in the upper area so you don't have as much room as it looks once you begin closing the bag.
2. Side Zipper Rubbing: The side zips hit my lower back/upper hips when fully secured, and it rubs just the wrong way when hiking or doing a long walk. They dig into your skin just a little too much if they could be angled away from the body or if the bag was just a bit wider. Another argument for a 30L.
3. Strap Secure: I'm constantly tightening the right strap, especially when loaded up with all the gear listed, which can be expected when carrying a overload. The Everyday Sling had a nice strap secure feature, which would be good addition to have the straps slide down less or if there was a way to make the straps have a bit more friction instead of gliding so smoothly.
Overall, awesome bag, 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
P.S. Tan option for more of your gear would be rad!

I immediately fell in love with the design just by looking at it but seeing it in person it's even better. I house my Slr Dslr and my point and shoot plus an additional lens(keep in mind each of my cameras already has a lens attached) and two tripods my iPad plus all my cables memory cards USB adapters ext. (I carry a lot) but everything fits perfectly and the pack still looks nice and sleek

Love the look, love the bag overall, but has some small problems (room for improvement)

Just like the title. Gonna talk more about the room for improvement as these might be the deal breakers for people. 1. Smaller items in the upper section in the main compartment may fall to the lower section because the origami shaped dividers can't seal each section. The small zipped pocket in the main compartment is just not large enough. 2. When I carry my Nikon Z6 with Z 24-200, plus a 50mm 1.8 prime, and my laptop, my shoulders hurt. I bought the waist strap later and put them on. Effective to some extent, but then the part of my spine right above my butt hurts because of all the weight. In conclusion, harness system could be much improved. 3. No back opening. When I want to switch lens when arriving at my photo spot (I do mostly landscape), It's hard to change lens since there's no back opening where I could just lay the bag on the ground, open the back panel up and grab lenses. Almost dropped my lens once when I opened the side and try to switch the lens. 4. On one international flight, I placed the bag under the seat in front of me. When I get the bag out, the top part of the bag had a huge dip into the bag because of how the airline seat is shaped. It has been about a year and it never recovered to its original shape.
I would say the harness system is the most serious issue. Then the "small items falling down to the lower compartment" and "no back opening" are the second.
Otherwise, I like it. It's a beautiful bag that you would want to bring outside.
The padding on the bottom of the pack is rather thin. I ordered another flex divider to put some additional layer on the bottom of the pack for protection of the equipment. The bag fits a MacBook Pro 13” nicely. The next generation of the MacBook Pro is rumored to be 14” and should be a tight fit (if it does fit). Not a negative, but something to keep in mind.
Absolutely love love love the design, feel and look of this bag. Unfortunately the claim that it fits an iPad 13in must be treated with caution. Yes it does fit the new M1 2021 12.9in, HOWEVER, it is an almost impossible task to get it in or out whilst the iPad is in a cover/case. Specifically the Magic Keyboard. This is disappointing, as the measurement specs provided say that it should.
