great upgrade from previous model

The product is very nice upgrade from the previous version of the messenger bag that I had. The parts that failed have been updated and are better now, using better material. The only problem is that it does not fit a 15 inch gaming laptop, they do mention in the bag that it fits comfortably up to a 14 inch laptop.

Magnets are fun

Sleek design with magnets. I'm honestly a sucker for magnets and the dividers seem useful. Haven't used them yet but I'll probably bring this bag with me on trips

Hard to believe I got this bag during the Kickstarter campaign, because it still looks new. But, what's better, is that it really serves a great purpose and I'm always finding different ways to use it.
It's really verstatile and very comfortable to wear.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very comfy, rainproof, efficient

My v1 everyday messenger was worn out (zip and straps), and was delighted that the lifetime warranty meant I got sent a new bag.
Only gripe is that my old bag takes my 15” laptop, and the v2 doesn’t. But if you’re buying new, I’d say it was superbly designed and comfortable

Best bag purchase

I’ve been using my everyday messenger bag for over a year now and it still does what i bought it for, and does it well. Very well constructed, strap is probably the most comfortable i’ve ever experienced, and space is more than adequate for whatever purpose i might need it for at the moment. The only reason i wont give it 5 stars is due to the relatively high price point but in my experience, it’s very much worth it

Flawed - Could be so much better

Having purchased the camera strap system from Peak Design, I looked forward to owning the Messenger bag. As my other reviews have commended, the bag is well-designed, but the strap is terrible. It is too thin and short to easily allow the strap to be slung over the shoulder and have the bag at the waist level. When commuting on buses and trains, I want to have one hand on my bag and not have it behind me on my back. I am unaware of any modifications provided by Peak Design for this flaw.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Everyday Bag Ever

I bought this bag more than three years ago and have used it literally every day. I've dragged it through the mud and up cliffs, hiked with it, biked with it, traveled, slung it all ove r the place, used it in rain, snow, and mud, and it still looks pretty much brand new! I'm incredibly impressed with the durability and have had zero issues. It's got great internal organization and holds everything I need comfortably. Really couldn't be more satisfied - this is the one that made me a Peak Design convert!

Comfortable and Convenient

This is the perfect bag for when you've got a laptop, some documents, and a camera and don't want to have too many things with you. The pockets are handy - along with the flex fold dividers.
