I started off with the very first field pouch and when the Velcro failed Peak honored their lifetime warranty by sending me a new V1 redesigned pouch! I have carried the field pouch in some capacity every day since then and it is still rockin! I decided to jump on this V2 pouch because I was intrigued by the redesigned interior pouches. It does not disappoint! I'm really happy with this field pouch. The changes were thoughtful and meet my needs better than before. I like freeing up my leash with the included strap. Changing the zipper pocket to the other side makes it easier to access and utilize. The 3 stretchy pockets are great for isolating keys, chapstick from the center. If you are a Pentax Q shooter those 3 pockets will hold 3 lenses and theres still rook for the Q in the center spot! #pentaxQ4ever

Love the design overall. I wish that the strap was thicker, but its manageable. Also wish that the spots for the camera clip were better thought out because the top flap gets in the way of where the camera is when closed. But realistically, if I'm going somewhere where I wanna clip on my camera, my pouch will be relatively full, and in that scenario the top flap hitting the camera is not an issue.

Overall I am really happy with this field pouch v2 it complements the sling bags that i have and is great when just popping out with the camera over my shoulder on the sling strap (also a great product) when I don't want to take a sling bag with me, I holds all the things normally in my pockets, keys, smokes, phone etc and of course a spare battery, SD card and much more besides. Can even chuck a nifty fifty in there as well. All the usual quality you get from Peak Design and the great features as well like the facility to add a capture clip.
