Great for use as Sling bag!

I bought the field pouch V2 to use it mainly as an everyday bag, since i'm not a photographer. As an owner of 5L Sling, i needed a smaller bag to carry everyday essentials. I was surprised that my iPad mini also nicely fits inside. The quality of the bag is excellent, as every other product (and I own or i have owned 3-4 peak design products). I think it's perfect for what i'm intending to use it. Some comment (maybe for future improvement): 1. in the internal pocket there are 5 places (mainly for memory cards). It would be better if this part was more elastic and not use a fine thread, which I'm pretty sure it will not hold. 2. The strap is a great addition in V2 to use it as a sling bag. But "it's not very peakdesign". For sure i will purchase the Leash soon.
I have never been a sling bag type of person but i bought this on a whim because of pandemic…..I own some organizers/pouches by PD and (though I haven’t fully used ‘em on trips yet) I know they are of good quality.
I am based in SouthEast Asia and we follow the strictest protocols unlike any other country. Before with only a small pouch in hand doing quick errands, now this sling has been significantly helpful. Going in and out of buildings and stores has proven to be tedious with security guards getting temperature readings, doing bag check-ups and scanning QR codes (for contact tracing)-- a small sling bag is a must have.
It's very light and the flaps work for me compared to zippers which takes time when in a hurry. Easy to clean and spray disinfectant with. So this is an "everyday only-essentials bag" for me.

feld pouch makes travel with children easy. Velcro makes it easy to never drop things. Expansion function is awesome. Fits in the everyday backpack side pocket

Great but...

I'd like to preface that I am pretty picky when it comes to comfort and functionality. I was looking for something that would hold my everyday carries like compact camera, keys, extra chargers, batteries. field notes/pens, etc.
It does the job. Construction is exceptional. The little pockets inside are awesome.
However, I felt a little dissatisfied as soon as I started packing things in... The main reason is because of the shape of the pouch at the bottom. It's caved in from all sides and seamed that way so it doesn't fit things in as nicely as it would if it was just flat bottom. Because of this reason, I find myself reaching out to a different bag for my EDC. I have lots of keys, Ricoh GR, Sony ZV1 to generally pack in and it just doesn't fit well. The size isn't the issue, but the shape for me. I still like it enough to keep it but it's definitely not my EDC as I expected it to be. I'd still recommend this product but would be clear about the shape of the pouch to consider.

Solid bag for travel, just a few quibbles.

I bought this bag as a personal bag for travel. Overall it is a great bag that is well made. I wish that it was RFID blocking or at least had an RFID pocket. The SD card pockets could be a little lower in the inside pocket to allow them to hold other things (they're jjust too close to the zipper). One other minor quibble is that one of the strap clips seems to slide off a bit easier than I expect (and easier than my other PD products.) Overall a nice bag that I will use for travel.
the strap keep popping off. it would been great is it use those disk like the camera strap. the Verco on the bag side need to be wide if the flap is close at a angle the verco stop working.
Comparing the new Field Pouch V2 with the old V!. I miss all the pockets on the inside of the pouch. With fewer pockets I find it harder to sort smaller things like I did in V1. I do like the outside material, but I don't like the changes to the inside at all.
