Great pack that I do carry everyday. As a musician, its modularity helps keep all my gear organized. I do wish the internal magnetic pockets either had 2 magnets spaced to help seal the pocket further or a zipper and I would love if there was a rainfly that fit this bag.
The bag is beautiful, functional, and gets the job done. In 2024, can I recommend this at the current price point? Probably not, unless you are already in the ecosystem. The bag needs a non-compromised approach to organization. The two big things I see in competitors are: 1) a dedicated AirTag pocket. I don’t want to compromise and use an existing pocket like I do currently, so I can reserve these for my gear. I’d also like to see this hidden. 2) a dedicated quick access pouch. This is a no-brainer; the ability to access essentials without having to expose all my gear would be great, ie AirPods / sunglasses. 3) straps. The straps are the biggest shortcoming of this bag and could use some love with some newer tech like Aer and Alpaka.
Love it. Versatility is unrivaled…..multiple shelving that can be moved or totally removed. The top latching system and side zippers makes access easy. Water resistant can’t say how many times I’ve left exposed and no issues. Have large variety of packs but I keep going back to PD.

I've used my PD Everyday Backpack for nearly 7 years now and it's quite literally my go-to everyday bag. I love the clean design and functional features that make packing the bag kind of a fun activity (creating different compartments to keep items organized). The origami-inspired interior is both unique and very practical for organization!
I use this backpack literally every day of my life. I’ve had this for 3 years and i still find new things it does. As an actor, i always get audition requests at the most inconvenient times. This backpack makes every time convenient as i always have my tripod, camera mounts, microphone, and lighting with me at all times, all while still being able to carry my every day items in it. Well worth the money.
I love this backpack! It is a great size and the side zippers makes it easy to access my camera and lenses and other stuff. Plus the top flap with the clip is super easy to get into the top part and with the different clips you can add as little or as much stuff as you need in the top part. Great design and it is very well made too. I’m sure it will last for a very long time. The lifetime warranty is well worth paying the price for the backpack in my opinion. It is overall perfect for me
So this is my second 30L Everyday Backpack. My first one (the first edition) I bought and used almost daily for 6 years and then the zipper broke on me. I emailed Peak about and they sent me this, brand new one. This will hopefully hold up for the rest of the decade. atleast! Perfect as a carry-on backpack or for a short weekend trip. Especially like the quick access (and very padded) computer department.
I bought the 30 L everyday pack about 5 years ago to replace briefcases etc when traveling and working. It has been the most amazing pack allowing me to keep my travel gear Chargers battery packs Etc locked away in the side compartments giving me complete use of the main compartment for camera gear, computer, Clothing whatever I used at that time. If I ever need to replace it I will definitely look at the current products again period
