Great backpack overall

Great backpack overall with nice shell feels but the shoulder connecting straps that are near laptop opening zipper feels weaker after a few months of use. (Maybe break in period as I am close to a year of using and it feels the same as then) All other straps are secure.
This backpack has been the best thing that happened to my husband! He uses it everyday and has a compartment for every single one of his things! He swears by this bag. He has no back pain and is always wearing it comfortably
I bought this bag about 4 years ago, so I have given it a massive test before writing a review. My camera and bits and pieces all have compartments to keep safe and travel well. I’ve taken this on approx 5 holidays, I can always fit my laptop, keys and important documents with me.
I bought the everyday backpack zip 15L for the smaller things in my daily life. It delivers in all aspects. Small, versatile, robust and full of compartments and extra areas to keep your stuff save. As usual Peak Design delivers. 100%!
Very well-thought bag for organization, access and look. Comfortable to wear. I like it! Where it can improve, is the access to the laptop/tablet compartment that is difficult especially when the bag is full. While it will hold a tablet too, if the tablet has a case it makes it hard to fit.
I researched bags for a good long while before ending up with this as an every day bag for a few years now. It's light, it's a good size for a day trip, it's very durable material, the zippers are well-sealed and heavy duty. It's super easy to organize things into 3 compartments. I can fit a laptop, aps-c camera, 3 lenses, snacks, 2 water bottles, and a extra clothes. I sometimes wish it were a bit bigger for day hikes, and a bit smaller for going to a coffee shop, but it strikes a good balance for both. Also it's expensive but if you use it literally every day absolutely worth it.
The biggest downside for me is the height of the side pockets, only will really hold a small waterbottle, anything larger is prone to falling out if you lean too far forward or to the side. If you want to be sure, you can use the built-in strap to secure it, but it's an annoying extra step. There's plenty of room I don't see why they couldn't just be deeper.
Another issue, which may just be mine, is that if you bring the zippers close together it leaves a little pinky-sized gap. It's not great if it's raining and the gap is on the top, but it's barely noticeable if the gap is on the side.
I got this for my birthday and as someone who has 2 very different jobs, it’s the perfect daily office backpack and turns into my camera pack for shoots. Not to mention makes travel that much easier. No more tsa going through all my stuff
