Great but could be improved by little detail

I bought this 3 years ago, and am overall extremely happy with it.
I use it to transport my laptop and accessories and all other stuff to/from work (walking some distance).

Only downside are the adjustable straps, they doesn't grip enough and instead slips. Both on shoulder straps and over-chest strap. After a while it means that the backpack is far down my back, too far for my liking.
I would recommend this to a friend!
