We love the design, capacity, and flexibility of shelving configurations, but right after installation we experienced issues with the lower door gasket not sealing well, which caused condensation issues and ice forming on bottom of lower freezer drawer. We've also found the auto-fill water pitcher is leaking, and must be replaced. Otherwise, we're very pleased with this new refrigerator.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We'd like to assist with the gasket and the auto-fill pitcher leaking. If you haven't already, we recommend contacting our Bodewell service team for help with scheduling an appointment. We'd also like to point out that a newly installed water filter or bypass plug may cause water to drip from the dispenser. This is normal. It is also normal for water to appear discolored during the initial system flush. The water color will return to normal after the first minutes of dispensing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this fridge for a week. We get so many compliments. I dud the matte with brushed bronze and have stainless appliances in my kitchen (for now) it really blends seamlessly. The shelving is great and so much door space. I love the auto fill pitcher inside the door as well. Next version they should have nugget ice as an option.
