Good Refrigerator, Quality?

Great refrigerator! The internal water pitcher and the adjustable temperature draw are great features. Only gave 4 stars because one of the French door gaskets has a small rip in it and the refrigerator is only a couple of months old.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fan motor had to be replaced

Water Dispenser Not Reliable

I was very excited for my new refrigerator, however, the first time I used the water dispenser on the inside, and then closed my refrigerator, it proceeded to refill the water that I had used and continued until it overflowed all over the place. The overflow happened twice, and now I’m waiting for a service call.. I think it is a poor design.

Nice refrigerator with a few minor issues

Water pitcher feature and overall refrigerator are great. Doors have great capacity. Stainless steel is NOT fingerprint resistant. It is very annoying that the produce drawers do not fully extend.

Getting used to a new style!

I’ve had a side by side for the last 46 years and really wanted this French Door style! I almost immediately regretted my decision because this is so very different! It’s been about a month and I still haven’t decided where everything goes but I’m enjoying my new refrigerator now!! I am please with our decision to pass on the ice/water in the door. The ice maker & dispenser is nothing but trouble. I LOVE the autofill water pitcher in the door. I love the roomy shelves inside the doors and got a kick out of watching my husband look for the ice maker! There are fewer drawers inside the fridge but the middle section makes up for that (again, getting used to the difference). The freezer seems smaller but I think it’s just the chest style. I love the brightness of the back light and the flexibility of the collapsible shelf and I love the efficiency.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bad expensive experience.

Soda, beer, cheese all ruined. Temp would not go above freezing despite setting at highest temp. Not getting adequate service from merchant. Very non communicative. Almost a month and we still can't use the drawer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We'd like to assist you with maintaining the temperature of your refrigerator. We recommend unplugging the unit for 5 minutes and plug it back in. This will reset the unit and may help with regulating the temperature.

There are a few things we recommend checking, such as air clearance, the temperature of where the unit is installed, and even checking for large containers in the back that may block the flow of cold air and adversely affect the temperatures in the refrigerator. Move tall items forward so they don't block the air flowing.

Check the environmental temperature, as your refrigerator may not cool properly if installed in a location which experiences temperatures below 60°F or above 110°F. Also, make sure there is proper air clearance. In general, at least 1 inch of air clearance is required on each side, top and back of the refrigerator.
