Common issue screen crack

Please read other reviews on different platforms about the Samsung Galaxy Book 4, especially regarding how often the screen cracks without significant physical damage or impact. Yes, this model offers great technical specifications, but once the screen cracks, it's not worth fixing because the repair cost is almost the same as buying a new laptop. This happened to me after just three weeks of use. I opened the lid and noticed a tiny crack on the screen. Unfortunately, this issue seems to be common with this model. I was extremely careful with the laptop, but the crack still appeared, and it was not covered under warranty. My personal advice: do not buy this model.

AMAZING Laptop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this laptop! I was nervous after using the book4 pro, but this laptop crushed my expectations! It has the best battery of any laptop I have used, and it rarely if ever even gets warm. The Galaxy AI features are SO nice too, with circle to search being something I use for drafting e-mails and working on my resume. Copilot+ is so accessible and I find myself using it over other big AI services because it is quick and easy. Screen is better than my phone, and keyboard is great. No complaints!

Sleek & just what I need

I got the pro version, and couldn't be happier with the display & performance. I don't know as much as others do about computers, but this laptop does everything I need seamlessly. Beautiful display, fast boot up, get the 16"
The galaxy AI functions have been great. I didn't think I'd use it as much as I have, it has been my replacement for each search. Even while gaming, asking questions specific to my game, it has become my copilot.
