[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used this new dishwasher for a month and it cleans dishes better than any dishwasher we've owned, including the KitchenAid dishwasher that it replaced, which lasted for 16 years. Way to go KitchenAid!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hope this does not get published online as my intention is not to create a poor review for this product, rather to explain my experience such that KitchenAid can continue to improve. I purchased this model dishwasher along with a fridge and double range. Kitchen looks great, however, after only 2 years the dishwasher started leaking. I did not purchase a care plan as a unit like this (in my opinion) should last 10 years. I replaced hoses per the manufacture troubleshooting manual but the leak continued. I replaced a grommet in the diverter with no luck. In a last ditch effort, I replaced the water pump. Leak continued. I chose to replace it as it matches the other appliances in my kitchen but I did look at other models. Disappointed that the original model purchased only lasted 2 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love, Love, Love This Dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this two months ago to replace one that stopped working…and I’m so glad I did.. the very handy third basket has made such a difference. I can now load dishes without worrying WHERE to put large spoons, knives, and spatulas.. my dishes are so clean..

Quite and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in November 2025 and have enjoyed using it. It’s very quiet, which is one of the reasons I chose it. I’m still learning how to use the top rack (what to place on it) but love the adjustable 2nd rack. It works perfectly.

Great Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for almost a month, and it is a wonderful appliance. The racks and flexibility are phenomenal. I love that the 2nd rack can be raised or lowered. I really, really love the 3rd rack. And the best part about that 3rd rack is it can fit more than just silverware and utensils. It fits some of our bowls, glasses, and mugs. What a space saver, and it all gets clean! My only criticism is it is louder than expected. There is no way it is as quiet as 41 dBA, which is the same as some Bosch models. It is as loud as my previous dishwasher, which was 55 dBA.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this dishwasher. Easy to load, gets things very clean, quiet, sanitize function, easy controls, and was easy to install. I had bought a Bosche a few months earlier and hated it, no drying ability, things were always wet. So glad I changed it out.
