The finish is pretty, I like how the board is far enough away from the handle so I don't accidentally press the buttons. I like the 3rd rack for silverware. My old dishwasher had a front silverware loader and stuff often wasn't cleaned properly or even got stuck with a lot of soap and caused the rest of the dishes to not get properly cleaned. There's a bunch of settings, which is helpful. As a household of 2. I can do small loads.

Super Quiet and Efficient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the quietest dishwasher I have come across. My husband and I had to check twice if it was even on when we used it the first time. It is very spacious and the 3 racks provide opportunity for efficient organization, making room for more dishes in each wash cycle. I regularly use the sani rinse and heat-dry options. This is also energy efficient and economical, the heat dry takes a bit of time but it’s proved to be very effective so far. The dishes have been coming out clean and smelling great! It has been easy to maintain so far. Just run an empty cycle with detergent once in 15-20 days and you should be golden. I would definitely recommend. It was a great upgrade from my old machine.

So quiet and fits so many dishes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is AMAZING!! I had an extremely old one and this one is soooo good. It gets the dishes very clean and it’s SO quiet!! It also holds so much stuff, I used to have to run it every 3 days and now I only have to once a week at most.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this dishwasher! There are 3 rows...so I am able to fit sooo many dishes! Way more than I could in my old 2 row dishwasher! The dishes all come out clean and quite dry! This dishwasher is quiet! There are many different modes you can choose to run the dishes. Very happy with this dishwasher!

Clean, quiet and spacious!

I just had it installed and it’s working perfectly. It’s very quiet and my dishes come out perfectly clean (I do prewash a bit). It also feels extra spacious compared to other dishwashers I’ve had. This is my first time using the third rack which I’m not used to but is handy to have. Overalll, great machine and I’m so happy to have received it!

Pros:
On the outside: This kitchen aid dishwasher is very modern and sleek looking and would fit well with any kitchen setup/style. It is truly your "Dream Dishwasher" that you are pleading and praying someone buys it off your many wishes and lists of an item at your Engagement, Marriage, even New Baby Showers! Whatever it truly takes! The wash cycle shows by the LED Light on the door and next to handle, easily in view. I have really appreciated knowing in this way versus making a guess by sound with my previous ones.
They are as followed:
Blue: Washing In-Progress
Red: Drying In-Progress
White: Cycle completed
Blinking: Cycle has Paused
The top controls are touch and not button controls, so cleaning the top is a breeze. I have always had problems with the actual buttons, which are so difficult to keep clean in-between cracks. They are very sensitive, which I also appreciate.

Inside: The extra utensil rack (third level/top rack) is a lot more functional than I thought it would be, saving a decent amount of space during full loads. I am able to use shorter glass cups or mugs to work great in their slanted spaces or perfect for a set of short bowls on one side and an added utensil tray on the other.
With three levels, it has a lot of space and can fit a whole dinner with pots, pans, strainers, with ample utensil space on to bottom row.
The middle rack offers several glasses of wine, bowls, and regular glasses. My favorite part is this is an adjustable rack - with the click of two buttons on the sides, it very easily can go up or down, depending on what rack you want more space on.
I’ve really tested out the cleaning strength this has, heavy loads, dried-on messes - Every load has always come out spotless and with more shine than ever. I don’t ever have to use any wash cycle other than ‘Normal’ and my favorite, 'ProWash cycle, which essentially provides another layer of energy efficiency.
This is part of the KitchenAid's Eco Series dishwashers that focus on water, energy, and costs.
A perfect example of would be how the 'ProWash' uses sensors to adjust the time it will take to wash every cycle but also senses what temperature to adjust it to.
When this dishwasher is in operation, it is remarkably quiet, much quieter than our previous GE. At 41 DBA, I was still surprised at appreciating it during every wash. The dishes are clean and dry when finished.
Cons: None so far. Have only owned this kitchen aid dishwasher for two weeks, and so far, I am IMPRESSED!! I still have much to learn, but every new thing to me amazes me even more! If we're to have one choice, I do wish there was an option to have in the door utensil storage. I will take the extra space it gives, overall, than have a different place for them.
