Solid Quality and Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We originally purchased another major brand, but it turned out to be a disappointment, so we returned the other brand and purchased the KitchenAid. The KitchenAid is amazing. It cleans and dries dishes better than any dishwasher we have ever owned. The silverware rack is three times the size that the other dishwasher had.
I would recommend this to a friend!

An impressive performing unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing dishwasher. Cleans and dries incredibly well, with the best third rack compared to any other manufacturer. The heavy-duty components and racks are a major plus. The interior light is also super convenient for nighttime use. It was worth buying top of the line.
The only downside is the plastic support base—most manufacturers have switched to plastic to cut costs, but I’d love to see a full metal base. That said, all the visible parts are high-quality stainless steel.
I hope this dishwasher lasts long and isn't engineered for obsolescence like many appliances these days. It's frustrating that many manufacturers are cutting corners when appliances could easily last 25 years if they were built with longevity in mind. It sure would be environmentally friendly and a great selling point too

Great Dishwasher with Room for Improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new dishwasher, especially the front handle, which is perfect for hanging towels. The third rack is a fantastic addition, providing extra space we’re still getting used to. Occasionally, we forget to unload items from it after a cycle, but it’s a great feature overall.
That said, a few improvements could make this dishwasher even better. First, I’d prefer a grinder over a filter for easier maintenance. Second, the control panel is overly sensitive—opening or closing the door often leads to accidentally pressing the programming buttons, which is frustrating. Lastly, starting a cycle isn’t always intuitive. Sometimes, we press the start button, but it beeps as if there’s an error. We have to open the door, press start again, and then close it to get it running. Despite these minor issues, it’s a solid dishwasher.

Great features, doesn’t come with all you need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m happy with my purchase, the 3 racks are a game changer in this family of 8(!), but all the parts do not come with it, and more clearly labeling that would have been helpful and helped us install it properly more immediately than several trips to the hardware store.
