I was given this wet and dry vacuum to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. A little background. I have 1 very shed worthy dog, a tortoise, bearded dragon, chickens (outside obviously but imagine the dirt that gets tracked in), 4 kids with the youngest being 1. We are a busy household. Having this all in one vacuum is convenient. I've been wanted to find a way to clean my area rugs. I run the automatic vacuum like 2x a day but it doesn't seem to catch everything, hand vacuum daily, and mop once a week. This wet vac is nice because I feel like I'm able to clean my rugs and the floors at the same time. When there's a spot on the hardwood floors I do have to go back and forth to get it out and sometimes it doesn't get it out, but for the most part it cleans pretty efficiently. The amount of hair it collects is impressive. It is satisfying to see how gross the water is. Clean up is fine but minor tedious. You have to empty the contents and lay out to dry. Then put away later. It is quiet so definitely doesn't disrupt the baby when napping. It does need a special solution. Overall I really like it. It picks up dog hair pretty well. Better than the standard robot vacuum and hand vacuum. I use this once a week for a deeper clean and love it. It's pretty satisfying.

Does not get up water

I got this product thinking it was going to be better then the cordless max but it's isn't I am displeased with the product sucks up water when I move it forward but not when I moved it back suction only works when moving forwards found out it a flaw with the design of the machine

Great wet-dry vacuum for pets!

I received this wet and dry vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I have two large dogs that shed a fair amount and I was very excited to give this product a try. Overall, I think that it's an effective wet-dry vac and it is very convenient to use. I keep it set up on the charging station for quick spot cleaning. If I let things go too long, my main floor is full of dog hair tumbleweeds, but this vacuum has made it so I can keep those at bay. I like that it is battery-powered so that I can just run it really quick and there's less frustration in setting up the vacuum and moving room to room. The battery has plenty of charge to hit my whole main level in one go. The lighting feature is really nice and made it easy to see what I needed to clean and if I needed to hit a spot again. It maneuvers really easily around my awkward corners. The cleaner works well and I like that it came with appropriate cleaner for multi-surface. The suction power is pretty good--it does not pick up every single hair but I think you can only tell that because of the high power lighting. As soon as the cleaner dries and I look at it under regular lighting, the floor looks pretty darn good!

So quiet compared to other wet dry vacuums I have had. The solution is not an overwhelming scent but very pleasant. It does its job in cleaning up accidents my dog does has and works well on kids messes. It's lightweight and the charge lasts a great while. I find myself using it almost every day. I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Great concept but missing some key features

I was very excited to receive the Crosswave OmniFind as we have a messy household including an elderly dog with frequent accidents and a toddler with lots of meal time messes. When I opened the product and set it up I was pleasantly surprised with how lightweight it was with a streamlined design, easy to follow directions and my favorite part-self cleaning! I immediately put it to use and here is what I found: -The food messes were easier to clean if they didn't have large chunks (for example, yogurt, oatmeal, sauces etc). Larger chunks of food didn't always get sucked up the first time and required additional cleaning. -Pet accidents were my favorite to clean with this as it made it so easy and made me feel like it was cleaned up well. The key to this is to make sure you clean out the vacuum well after with the self clean option and also emptying the dirty basin. -While I liked the clean and simple design one of the biggest problems for me was the lack of control over the flow of cleaning solution. If you push forward cleaning solution comes out and if you push backward it sucks the solution and mess up. This meant that I had less control over how much water I wanted to use. I would prefer a button to push the solution out as needed. -Another thing to be aware of is that this works best on NEW messes verses anything stuck on the floor. There is little to no scrubbing involved and don't expect to clean up those dried up messes from food. -Overall I think this product works well for certain purposes but for me does not replace both a more heavy duty carpet cleaner, a vacuum or a mop for the floor. I use it often but it does not replace other cleaning products which to me is a downfall-I would love to simplify machines rather than adding to them! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this wet and dry vacuum.

My new go to cleaning gadget

I have two pets and a toddler and somehow I haven't touched a mop in weeks. The Crosswave OmniFind is the most convenient tool in my cleaning arsenal right now. I have dark flooring so the lights really help me ensure I haven't missed a crumb, hair, or grain of sticky rice. My dog, cat and I all have long hair and we are shedders but that hasn't been a problem for the tangle free brush, especially with the self cleaning cycle. I do need to clean the hairs off the plastic cover but it's quick and easier than emptying my regular vacuum. The wet/dry combo has made my daily cleaning easy and lets me feel confident about my little one walking and crawling around on the floor. The only real complaint I have is that the vacuum head is a bit tall so you have to move furniture in order to clean under things but other than that it moves around smoothly and has some great cleaning power. It's rather satisfying to see and empty the dirty water compartment and the filter and hair catcher come in handy so you can remove debris from the water before dumping it. I was initially worried about having to buy the cleaning solution but we have yet to run out even though we use it at least once a day. Overall, since I received the product through the Stellar Product testing panel, cleaning has been a breeze and even my husband enjoys cleaning with it.

I received this Crosswave OmniFind as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I was excited to test this product out. From the box, it was easy to assemble and quickly get started. I like that it's cordless, simplistic, and versatile across different types of flooring. I did find the instructions (even the quick-start instructions) a bit confusing and unclear on methods and applications of how to use the product. Even the box's graphics seemed a bit confusing. From a performance perspective, it operates well. The beam light on the front tells you exactly where to go, illuminating things that I wouldn't otherwise know was there. The vacuum glides and turns effortlessly where needed, particularly transitioning between a rug and a hard flooring. To be honest, it does not do great getting into tight spaces as the stick/handle does not drop low enough to slide underneath furniture. The brush roll does a fantastic job of grabbing and sucking up debris on hard flooring, whereas we've had trouble with previous vacuums of simply shooting debris across the floor. Overall a great tool for quickly cleaning multiple types of surfaces.

I was given this wet and dry vacuum to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Holy smokes. This vacuum has changed the way I clean my floors. I have been using. Spin mop for the last few years and I thought my floors were clean. Using this for the first time I was blown away by the amount of dirt that was picked up. The tile even felt clean on my Feet. The actually vacuum is really easy to use and figure out. And it self cleans. That has been a huge benefit because I have dogs and kids and the thought of having to clean this each time was a little daunting. But the self clean actually leaves the brush head really clean. The lights have been useful to see the extra dog hair on the floor. The only thing jnwishnincoikd change when it comes to pets- when you are vacuuming and mopping dog hair, sometimes the dog hair just gets wet and won't vacuum up. So wish there was a dry vacuum setting for the bigger hair clumps. But overall that's not a big deal. I think the best past that has changed the way we clean- is you can clean up dog messes or kid messes without needing to grab towels first. We have an older dog who has started to have accidents. I've been able to vaccum and mop and sanitize all in one motion. I have talked about this mop with all my friends with kids. It's also so satisfying to see how much dirt this really pick so and cleans. I've started using it daily.
