I received the Crosswave through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The CrossWave is a dream on my hardwood floors. I have a small dog who sheds, and the floors are left shining after use. Having this product has cut down cleaning time for me and our housekeeper loves it too. Highly recommend. It's also compact and fits nicely in a closet without taking up much space.

The wet-dry packs a serious one-two punch! I was hesitant on how much the vacuum would be able to pick up with doing two jobs in one, but after receiving the vacuum from Stellar Product Testing Panel, I was IMPRESSED. Having to clean over 1,000sq feet of hardwood floors in the major areas in my home, the lights helped me see just how much debris I was missing and the periodic dump and refill in each session was so easy! The vacuum was able to get almost everything, however there was no attachment option for where the floor meets the baseboard areas which made it tougher to get everything done with this particular model. This wet-dry covers everything else and it was so nice to be able to vacuum and mop at the same time, saving me so many additional sweeps of the space especially with all the pet hair my pup leaves behind!

I am absolutely in LOVE with this vacuum! First off let me mention I am a mother to four teenagers and I have 4 dogs plus 3 cats and this thing is an absolute beast! When I had the opportunity to try this out from Stellar panel I immediately said yes! While this didnt cost me anything; I have no reason to not be honest with my review. Not only does it vacuum and scrub my floors at rhe same time, but it is also easy to take care of. The dirty water and the clean water obviously have different tanks, it has a brush roller so it does my wood floors plus rugs and it has a light that helps to see the mounds of fur throughout my house! It is lightweight so I can easily maneuver it yet it has some amazing suction. It does not leave water on the floors not does it leave debris! One of my dogs is a senior citizen (he's a young 15 year old) who sometimes has accidents and this thing cleans it up like a champ! So easy to use and clean, no messy cords to deal with, fast charging, holds a decent charge (I've used it for atleast 10-15 minutes straight) and literally tackles the jobs of both my broom and mop. If you're looking for something that won't take up a lot of room, yet has the suction of a full size this is the one for you!

Versatile wet/dry vac to tackle pet fur and messes

The Bissell CrossWave OmniFind is a very versatile cordless wet/dry vac that includes a tangle-free brush roll and high/low beam lights. There are two settings, one for hardwood floors and one for other floor types including carpeting. Included in the box are two different types of cleaners for the different floor types. The wet vac feature was very useful when you have a pet (in my case, a cat) and babies (especially one learning to eat solids). The wet brush picked up cat litter and fur fairly easily from the hardwood floor. It did need a few swipes back and forth, but everything was picked up and the wetness on the floor dried quickly. The wet brush definitely did a better job of picking up litter and fur than my regular Dyson vacuum cleaner, although the suction power on the Dyson is better. It was also nice that when it picked up my long hair on the floor, the hair didn't get too tangled in the wet brush like it does with the Dyson brush. The light beam was a nice feature to visualize dust and fur in the dark corners. This wet/dry vac was also very easy to maneuver and clean afterwards. In addition, the battery power on a full charge was enough to clean an entire two-bedroom apartment. The only improvements that I would have liked is maybe having the brush closer to the edge so that it can really reach into those corners, and also to be able to add only a small amount of water/cleaner to just do a small spot clean (instead of filling up the entire water tank and having to use it all up since it you have to clean everything afterwards). Overall, this is a very useful vacuum to have and will be utilized as part of my regular cleaning routine. I received this wet and dry vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Upon receiving the wet dry vacuum I was instantly excited and ready to see what can this vacuum do. Let me tell you...it is a game changer! I'm a mom of 2 and am always cleaning up. I love a tidy place l, especially clean surfaces. As soon as I turned in the vacuum I was amazed on how easy it was to maneuver. It glides beautifully from my ceramic tiles and then directly onto hardwood floor. We also have a rug and it does fantastically well cleaning up messes. I appreciate being able to vacuum and mop at the simultaneously. Anything that helps me save time is a plus for me. The vacuum has an option to switch from hard surfaces to rugs by just a quick button press. I also love the light at the bottom of the vacuum, it really helps for me to see any messes I may miss. The instructions and clear and very easy to understand, I was cleaning in a matter of minutes. The two liquid chambers are easy to operate and clean. One chamber is the cleaning solution and water, while the other collects all the dirty debris and water. There is a lint catcher that catches all the debris and makes it a lot easier to clean the vacuum after use. The tangle free brush is hands down one of my favorite features. We all have long hair in our household which always a pain when sweeping/mopping. Also, the self cleaning mode after using the vacuum is so amazing! No more ringing the mop or switching mop pads. The vacuum also has a sanitize option that I appreciate, especially coming into "stuffed noses and cold" season. The wet mopping part does an amazing job at cleaning up messes and the dry time is quick. The vacuum is cordless which is perfect but the charge only hold up for around 25 minutes and rhen needs ro be placed in the charging dock. I would love a longer run time. I also wish there was a steam option. I also wish there was some sort of extender or triangle shaped corners because it was hard to reach triangle corners. I needed a reliable floor cleaning solution for work, as our laminate floors were not being cleaned regularly by the janitorial staff. I wanted something quick and easy to keep my workspace clean and sanitized. A wet and dry vacuum seemed like a good solution. CrossWave OmniFind for the win! I like the simple design with intuitive controls and snap-in-place clean and dirty tanks. Its cordless convenience and handy charging station make it incredibly user-friendly. My coworkers often borrow it, and it only takes about 30 seconds to explain how to use it. The front light is a nice touch, as it helps illuminate the floor ahead. The suction power is excellent, a significant advantage over other methods that leave floors wet. Pros: lightweight, quiet, cordless, convenient charging station, good battery life, self-clean feature Cons: does not clean the edges between the floor and wall very well Tip: use hot water in the clean tank. I really enjoy this CrossWave OmniFind! It does an amazing job picking up things that are on the floors that are hard to see & hard to get up with a regular broom & or mop like pet hair! When I was chosen as a panelist through Stellar Product Testing Panel to receive this product in return for my honest feedback after using it for a few weeks, I had just moved into a new 3000 sq ft home, with mostly all hardwood floors so I was ecstatic that I would have this wet vacuum & mop all in one to help keep all those floors clean. The day I received it was the first day of living in the new house & to me the floors looked clean but I decided to try this OmniFind out because I was so curious to see how it would operate. I filled the tank up with the cleaning solution that came with it & water to the correct lines, & ran it until it was empty and I was blown away by how dirty the pickup water tank was. I quickly found the floors weren't as clean as I thought and could see. This OmniFind had picked up so much dust, debris & pet hair that wasn't really noticeable to me. And cleaned the floors to the point they were actually sparkly clean and shining afterwards. It was then that I realized how much I had been needing one of these in my life all along, because I have small children that play on the floor so I do my best to keep it clean & this machine cleaned it beyond my capabilities with a regular mop and broom/vacuum. The only thing about this OmniFind that I would change to make it a 5 star product would be to add a "Turbo" button or similar to make the cleaning more powerful for tougher messes. So it does only operate on one mode for hardwood & one mode for area rugs. There isn't any way to make it work harder on tougher messes. But like I said, it did amazing in cleaning my floors on the one mode it runs on. The area rug mode kind of confused me. Great Vaccum / Short Battery Life

This was received for testing by Stellar Product Testing Panel! So I've had this vacuum for about a month now and it's great for what it does. If you have pets this is definitely a go to product. I have 2 dogs and 3 kids and this vacuum definitely cleans up after them. Whether it's dog hair or messy spill ups, this does the job of cleaning it up. With it being wireless as well, it makes it an even more versatile vacuum. I love the fact that this can clean both dry and wet messes without having to change out any accessories. My only gripe with the product is the battery life. With it being wireless, it does run off battery. However the battery lasts approximately 15/20 min before I have to plug it in to charge. I have a 2200 sqft house and if I used this to regular vacuum, I'd probably only get 2 rooms cleaned with the battery life. If the battery life was better, I would give it 5 stars but because of that, I think it is still worth 4. Overall a great vacuum for any situation!
