Battery does not work after <1 year of use

This battery is defective. I bought it less than a year ago and it does not work anymore. It won't charge my electronical devices even when the battery is fully charged. I tried to contact the seller for a full refund but can't find the information anywhere. I would like to get a full refund of this item. This product is not quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
