Some days they, work some days they don't!! Even had them replaced twice. Same thing with all the sets I received. I have several other Govee products that work great! Not sure what's going on with the icicle lights.

Lights worked fine for about 2 weeks. Then one of the two strands of the lights had an issue at about three feet on the end of the light strand. I emailed the support team, they asked me to hook them back up and take photos or video of the problem. I had already packed them back in the box the shop back. So, I guess I will have to take them back out, plug them up, stretch them out to get what they have requested.
