Nice, but difficult drawer removal

Love the color, capacity and efficiency, but the dispenser drawer is incredibly difficult to remove. Already broke after the first attempt. Difficult fix as well, since it was the track that broke not the drawer. Also the drawers do not fully drain so thick residue from detergents and stuff just sit in there. I’ve only had it a couple months so I’m sure it’s not just so dirty that it can’t drain properly, other than those complaints I do like it.
I appreciate the options & features of this appliance. However, a MAJOR hiccup is that the tub balancing mechanism is very problematic for anything of significant size/weight or even washing just a few small items. The unit is EASILY & FREQUENTLY off balance - it shakes & rattles & moves across my laundry room floor, then goes into pause mode when the soaking wet (sometimes very heavy - envision comforters, coats, towels) have to be manually redistributed/positioned in the tub. It is a very annoying & a too often occurring event.

We recommend ensuring the washer itself is balanced; the leveling legs can be adjusted if needed. We also suggest ensuring the washer isn’t underloaded or overloaded, and items are loaded evenly and loosely around the outside of the basket.

Worst washer ever purchased. Can't even use all the features unless I download an app... Instant 2 thumbs down. Clothes regularly still come out dirty. Machine is barely able to balance itself when spinning, causing more electricity and water costs. WISH I HAD NEVER PURCHASED!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We'd like to assist with your washer's cleaning performance and out of balance occurrences. Make sure to only use high-efficiency detergent and follow the manufacturer’s recommended amount for your load to ensure the best cleaning performance. Also, you'll want to loosely load the clothing into the washer basket around of the outside of the basket. Compacting the load can lead to poor cleaning performance. It’s extremely important that the washer is properly leveled and all 4 leveling legs are firmly on an even floor space. This will help to reduce out of balance occurrences during the cycle. Additionally, it’s important that the tub is loaded evenly, with the weight of the load equally distributed. Unbalanced loads can cause out of balance occurrences. We love the large capacity and agitator action that can flex from small to extra large loads. The wash options meet our diverse needs including bulky blanket to delicate fabrics.

THIS WASHER IS IMPOSSIBLE TO EVEN START! I HAVE TO FINEAGLE WITH IT FOR A LONG TIME TO (MAGICALLY!) GET IT TO START. I AM SICK OF THIS. PLEASE TAKE THIS APPLIANCE BACK SO I CAN BUY A BRAND THAT ACTUALLY STARTS! (CAN'T FIND MODEL ON FRONT OF MACHINE ANDCN'T GET TO THE BACK!)

This beautiful washer does have a large capacity that will accommodate for larger items. This washer has a Smart Flex Dispenser that we are sure you'll enjoy. This feature will automatically add detergent to the wash, eliminating the need to add detergent for each load.
