Very nice...but

PlugBug 20 is nicely designed with a Find Me feature not found in any other charger. It is a bit larger and heavier than expected, but still travels well. The flat to wall/plug is desirable vs. horizontal to plug. When charging the charge light on device being charged is sometimes finicky showing a white battery or white battery with blinking charging symbol. I am not sure what this means and have not seen this behavior with any other charger.

Love the device but hate the Swiss adaptor.

The protrusion is in the middle of the adaptor instead of biased all the way toward the outside end. As such, the Plug Bug covers all the other (in my case two) sets of holes in the receptacle. I'd buy several in a heartbeat if this design flaw were resolved.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The PlugBug is a great product, add Find My and it exceeds all expectations. Easy to use and easy to activate the Find My makes it my new go-to travel charger. Keep up the good work Twelve South!

Perfect travel charger

This one device has replaced the handful of charging cubes I used to travel with. I can also charge up to 4 devices at one outlet which improves organization and simplifies charging while on the road. The PlugBug also feels solid and well built.

Not too hard to set up, great idea. Easy to use. Delivery took almost too long. It did make it in time to be the intended birthday gift. It does take at least 7 days of USPS time to make the coast-to-coast delivery. Drill a great product!

doesn’t even charge half the time. Can’t even “sign in” to report the issue so here’s a review - do not purchase this product. Using with iPhone 16 Pro and multiple cables.
