I'm so in love with Jeeves, my nickname for my Narwal. After getting a new puppy who sheds, I quickly discovered that I really need to vacuum and mop daily if I don't want to see balls of hair and dust and footprints/dirt all over the floors. Problem is, I don't have the time. The Narwal was the best purchase I've made in ages! Easy to set up and to program to clean specific rooms when I click on them, the Narwal is keeping my hardwood and rugs amazingly clean. I thought I'd use it mainly to vacuum, but I've set it to vacuum and mop nearly every day--it's just so nice to have clean floors! Admittedly, my Dyson does a little better at vacuuming one time, but I couldn't take the time to vacuum daily myself, and I rarely got around to mopping. With daily vacuuming and mopping, the Narwal is keeping my floors looking gorgeous.

Extremely clean!!

I picked up this robot vacuum a week ago and couldn't wait to test it out in my two-story home. What really blows me away is the mopping function. I just set up the mopping task on the app, and in no time, the floors are sparkling. It gets every room clean, even tackling juice spills and hair in the corners. It's smart enough to check if the floors are clean by examining the dirty water used to wash its mops ?how smart is that? Plus, in the freo mode, I can switch on the corner clean feature, which even keeps the area around my plants nice and tidy!

It's completely autonomous ?just fill it with water and it'll handle the rest without any oversight. _x000D_

Boasting a sizable water tank, it's able to self-fill and mop, then dutifully returns to its dock to clean its mop pad, picks right back up where it left off, and heads back to the base to dispose of the vacuum's contents and dirty water. Plus, it dries the mop pad to stave off mold?a really impressive touch that's certainly lightened my load.

Keeping our varied floors spic and span used to be quite the chore acuuming was just not cutting it. But after leveling up to the Freo X Ultra, we've been blown away by the combo of vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping. It's been a game-changer in the clean department, not to mention a back-saver! The mopping function is a dream smudges or streaks, whisper-quiet operation, and the battery just keeps going and going. All with just water detergents nd it's already tackling 95% of spills and spots, including those stubborn onesin the kitchen.

Most efficient and very effective

After using the product for a week, it has lived up to my expectations. _x000D_
It can automatically return to the charging base to dispose of hair and dirt, clean the mop pad, and refill the cleaning solution. Changing the water tank/dirty water is also quite convenient, and I find that I only need to empty the cleaning bag or fill/empty the water tank about once every two months. This gadget is terrific; I leave it running at night and wake up to a spotless house in the morning!

Amazing Robot Vacuum

This freo x ultra vacuum works perfectly! I upgraded from a different vacuum company and this one is so great. It's suction is great and the mopping works perfectly. My floors haven't been cleaner. It auto maps the floors and recognizes carpets and displays it on the map. Even when I removed a carpet or moved it around, the vacuum adjusts and displays the new info on the app. My old vacuum would just keep the old information and never update. I love the customization options in the app for all sorts of cleanings. But if you want a more hands off approach, just let the vacuum decide for you with the freo mode! Overall a 5/5 product.

Overall, a Big Help

This Narwal robot vacuum and mop system has definitely lessened the burden on my husband and I when it comes to cleaning the floors of our house. Before, I would have to dedicate a lot of time to sweeping and then mopping the floors, which was really hard to do with a new baby. However, we love to set up the narwal to clean while we are asleep, which makes for a very satisfying morning wake-up. The only reason I reduced the rating was mainly cuz the robot will clean well, but not stuck on food messes (which makes sense since these need to be scraped off). Moreover, the app does not have a help me section for the Narwal Freo X Ultra yet, so I've had to figure out how to use the app on my own since I couldn't easily find someone on tiktok or youtube to help. Otherwise, this is still definitely a worthwhile investment for us.

Completely blows my old narwhal out of the water

My last narwhal would bump into stuff and startle me in the night, this one basically magically mops and vacuums 3 different surfaces seamlessly and has never got stuck or fallen down the stairs. Looking forward to upgrading my last model to the freo x ultra as well. Completely happy with it. no complaints.
