Great quality, you can tell it’s very well made! I can find my fujifilm xt20 with two lenses that are 3” long. The opening is not as easy to access as I’d like and the front pocket is basically useless which is why I have it 4 instead of 5 stars

I am an armature photographer. I own the everyday backpack which I carry everyday to work for my laptop, tablet, accessories and snacks. On my free time I carry my camera gear and tools for photography. However, I needed a smaller bag for the day trips that I want to go light, with only 1 camera body and my Dji Mini 3. The sling 6L was the best option for me.

Works better with smaller cameras

I have the 6L and used this for a Canon M50 and could fit the camera body, with multiple lenses, batteries accessories etc. The zippered internal pockets are great I keep a capture clip in there sometimes. And the stretchy side pockets are so nice I keep a light in one of them. The front pocket is pretty sizeable too. If you totally pack this thing out and fill every pouch you will have trouble closing it. I have now switched over to a much bigger full frame mirrorless Canon R5 and i can only fit the camera with one Lens in it now. Still great for an afternoon or night out! It does get heavy on the shoulder if I have it totally packed out and I am walking around for a while just keep it light. The point is to just take the essentials anyway. Zippers are top notch as usual and keeps it dry in the rain. 2 Cool tips: I have a big yeti water bottle with me all the time. I will use the tripod straps and sometimes hang the water bottle from there. Also, if you have a big enough bag you can put the medium camera cube in a bag, then the sling pack on top. So if you travel you don`t have to walk around with the big travel bag.

Excellent compartmentalization

I bought the 6L everyday Sling in blue. The color is terrific. The space distribution inside the bag is perfect for my needs, and allows enough flexibility that I can use it for multiple purposes. The only negative thing I have to say about this bag is that the space intended for a tablet is stiff and has a curve that doesn't really allow me to feel comfortable pushing the space to its intended limit of an 11 inch tablet. I use that space instead for a kindle

So I bought the everyday sling a couple of years back and fell in love with it and went everywhere with it. With the years, it gathered some battle scars and I reached out to the PD team for advise on how to refresh/clean it up. After a few exchanges, it turns out this is a known issue and no amount of watching/cleaning can fix. The team generously went ahead and ship me a brand new one without me asking or kicking up a fuss. Such is the level of customer support and commitment to stay true to their word!!awesome product backed by an awesome organization... Officially a PD lifer now.

Very useful sling bag for both everyday and travel use
I use the 6L model and the bag can carry my Sony A7IV, Tamron 18-200 and SEL55F18Z Japanese lenses, Cell Phone and wallet (wallet just barely).

Got this as a replacement from the V1 that I used to own. Overall still packs a punch - it keeps the same volume of items as before except that I prefer the more boxy shape and it seems to hold a little more than this one.

Great build quality, one defect

I bought the 3L sling back in September to visit theme parks and take my camera.
The build quality and design are superb, i can fit a Sony a6700 with two prime lenses and a zoom lens, which is crazy for the size of the bag.
The only complaints I have are that the color black (which I chose) isn’t great for thermals as it heats up pretty quickly. The other one is that the fabric is kinda abrasive. I carried the sling while wearing a cotton shirt and at the end of the day I could notice considerable degradation on my shirt, like if it had months of being used and washed.
Just be mindful of the clothes you rub against its fabric and I think you’ll be great.
