HDMI port not working when new laptop arrived

Laptop came with a no working HDMI port. I have had to buy an HDMI adapter to USB C to get the second monitor to work with the new laptop. I hope to get Technical support to fix or replace laptop

Better than a MacBook Pro

Fantastic laptop. Powerful, understated styling (though can be flashy if you like) and it has the hardware to outperform a comparable MacBook Pro. In fact, I needed an x86 machine that would perform as good or better than a new MacBook Pro M4 max. This is it. The speakers are even better than anything Apple provides. Very happy with this purchase.

Wifi issues

Installed updates, it worked fine for about an hour, until I opened armory crate. After opening armory crate, the wifi stopped working, not even being able to see networks at all. Rebooting or uninstalling the wifi card and scanning for hardware changes would get it to work for about 30 seconds, at which point it would fail again. I uninstalled armory crate, then tried the asus diagnostics. After three or four times it seemed to fix it and, fingers cross, stay fixed. Completely unacceptable for a device that costs this much
