Well made, light, feels great on, very neat storage compartments

I received two travel backpacks green and black and we couldn't be more satisfied. These are of high quality material, feel great on and the storage compartments and optional compression bags you can buy are worth it. These bags are exactly what we are looking for to take on as carryons in North America and budget european flights.
We had an issue with not receiving some straps and customer service was able to send them to us quickly. PD is a great company and we will continue to be their customers in the future without a doubt. Highly recommend.

OMG- Have I found my ultimate travle bag?

I own a bit of PD stuff, plus a few other companies too. I own way too many bags; I think it is a sickness. However, I am so happy to receive my new 15L zipper everyday bag. I was doubly excited to find my large IPad pro, fit so quickly in the back pocket. I own the everyday Backpack 30L V1, so I know how the rest of the bag works. The outer material seems water-resistant, and it is small enough to haul onto a jet plane. For my everyday travels, I will carry my Fuji x100v with a flash, and a few accessories. On second thought, maybe I'll do that on most trips, especially after the coronavirus shelter in place. I do need to carry a lot of camera gear from time to time, and I have a bag for that. But for now, I am stoked with this bag.

Skeptical at First

I read about this backpack, and was interested in looking at it. I am not usually a side pocket bag user, but I decided to give it a try. At first I was wondering how I was going to fit all of my stuff in here. But once I began using it I found it had plenty of storage and organization. It has a ton of little pockets that I can fit all of the little extra things I take with me.It even has straps that are cleverly built in and loops that I can strap things on the outside. It's very comfortable to wear and it distributes the weight very nicely. I also bought the new travel tripod that fits perfect in the side pocket. I'm very impressed with the build quality comfort and usability of this bag and tripod. I bought some extra clips because I also bought the slide camera strap. Peak design makes wonderful products that are painstakingly crafted for excellent use. I'm glad I went with them

Love it so far...one issue

Purchased the carbon fiber travel tripod during the Kickstarter. First impression on receiving was that I really liked the compactness of the tripod and overall looks. The hex tool is useful to have and I like that it fits on the tripod itself. I've not had any issues with extending/retracting the legs. The head works well, even if it is not the end all be all of function for all things. I don't require a panning head, so don't have complaints about the lack of that. Recently, I found reason to be using the tripod at home with the phone attachment for teleconferencing with clients and vendors. The phone attachment was easy to get to and set up, but has failed in the durability category. After only a handful of calls, my hand knocked the side of my phone as I was getting up from my chair. At first it seemed as if it was just loose, but I realized part of the phone attachment at the side of one of the little arms where a pin goes through a hole actually cracked off allowing the pin to now move out of the hole. I was surprised as I hadn't knocked it that hard. It's a bummer as it was working so well before that. Hopefully I can get another one at some point, as it would still be useful to have if I was out with the tripod somewhere and wanted to use my phone to capture some video or do a call. I'll just have to be super careful if I want to use that part. 1/2 star off for the delicate phone attachment. 4.5/5.0

Guys this 15L ash is one of the most impressively designed backpacks I've seen, and I have a bunch (photography). Honestly there are so many well designed (not junky) features, the value of the bag is unbelievable - really not sure how you build them for the price. Planned use is when 3L sling is too small but 21L pack (other brand) is more than needed for a few hours or day.
Favorite so far: - Grab handles - simple yet awesome - Materials - crazy top notch - Interior pockets - place for everything including magnets at this price point
Thoughts for next version so far: - length of shoulder straps a smidge longer - these aren't short (I compared) but with this small bag on a medium sized frame (5'9" medium build), they are snug to use..liberal use of the adjustment strap is needed to put the bag on / off and is built into the design (small grab handle on buckle, knotted end on strap). The design works and if the straps were too long, the bag would look funny and probably not work for smaller size frames. So it's a trade-off on a 15L and handled well by PD. But, something to be aware of - Little loop inside one of the interior pockets for the key accessory. The key loop accessory is really innovative and PD didn't even have to include it, but they did at this price .. shows how innovative they are. I'd like to use it on the inside of the bag .. plenty of pockets for it, would be cool if one of them had a lash loop like outside the bag.
Keep going PD, really awesome pack!

Everyday Backpack V2 20 L

I absolutely love my Everyday Backpack. I bought the second generation (V2) 20 Liter. It holds all my music gear (cables, pedals, microphone, etc.) and makes for easy, stress-free transport. My favorite features are the multi-layered Flexfold dividers, multiple open points (to insert weirdly shaped music gear), and the weatherproof shell to protect my electronics. I tried multiple backpacks before, but the everyday backpack is the only to suit all my needs/wants. There are tons of extra features; it's comfortable; and, it has a clean look. I highly recommend it. It is well worth the price!!! PeakDesign also has an amazing customer support system and staff! They are definitely a company worth supporting!!
