Pack your gear differently. Reach from the side or from the top for smaller items. Easy to clean . Room enough for bottle of water on the sides. I will put my name in it since there are some that have the same backpack! Proves popularity. Sturdy design that also is a perfect fit for my silver flute :) when not photographing. I like the top pocket for phone and or wallet. Easy access . All zipps are " lockable" by a simple pull and push loop system. The side flaps contain multi extra soft to the touch mini pockets accessable via inside and nicely and safely tucked away. So far, this is the safest backpack I have seen to protect my expensive camera and lenses. The extra flexible pads come individually and are very firmly holding on to the sides. That takes a bit of getting used to.The design doesnt allow for wide top opening . Camera and lenses best accessable via sides. The shoulder pads are firm and I do use the clips with strap now at the front that helps to walk up straight instead of hunched over. I like the looks and feel of the backpack. Matches any style I am wearing. Oh and though firm it is not too heavy! All in all a great choice that will ladt me for ages since it is very well made. I am proud to own it.

Such a versatile backpack. Took it with me on my trip to Europe. Perfect as a personal item with enough room to fit all your gear and keep it organized

Pictures Don't Do it Justice

The online pictures do not do this backpack justice. When I opened and took the backpack out of the shipping box my jaw dropped. I couldn't believe how great it looked and it was still in the plastic shipping bag! The material is first class and the design and functionality is perfect. Just about every aspect of the bag is well thought out and constructed. My only wish is that it was collapsible. I travel with a lot of gear that I pack in a separate wheeled carry-on and load my camera bag once I get to where I'm gong, this allows me to custom outfit my equipment bag based on the days shoot but this bag is so good I'll find a way to get it packed for the next outing. Well donw PD!

I have been wanting this bag for the longest time and I finally pulled the trigger. It was a great decision. Not only do I get tons of compliments about how nice it is, it is also the most comfortable camera bag I have ever owned. I haven't figured out what every strap does yet but I am looking forward to using it for years to come.

Probably I will be the first one who own the everyday backpack V2 WHO lives in China. after PD release V2 i immediately contact my friend in CA, ask her to bring me back a midnight 30L. i own almost every products of PD, huge fan. everytime see PD release new product is like to see a new apple event. PD really consider what people need and breaking routines, recreate things. what i think the concept of bag is flexible loaded and easy to take it out. PD is doing it very well. i love my new V2, is less shaped more round. side pockets are better category. new color is more iconic and unique. LOVE to touch it everytime is like play a new iphone. now im waiiting for the PD tripod and messenger V2, hope it is great as they used to be.

Could be more comfortable

By comparison to some of the other backpacks I own, PD's Everyday Backpack 20L's straps are just not padded enough. After a few hours of walking with a fully loaded one, they become uncomfortable. I added third party padding to the straps. Wish it either comes with more padding, or have them available for purchase. (Same problem with the V1 messenger bag).
The dividers are structurally stiff, which is mostly good. Sometimes the placement makes the zipper harder to zip up if the divider is placed right at the point where the front starts to curve back.
PD's suggestion of setting up the Capture Clip on the padded portion of the strap is very uncomfortable to me--the metal protrudes into my collar bone. It also puts the camera too high, allowing it to bounce too much. I place the clip much lower on the non padded portion of the strap, closer to a gun holster position which is more secured and allows for faster access.

Its all I need

One of the best camera backpacks I've ever used. This new bag by peak is a champ and looks really sleek. All my photographer friends were impressed. It's sturdy, well made, and has a hard casing to protect your most prized camera gear. It's also waterproof! I just recently bought this and have already used it on a few photography trips. The padding and straps are very comfortable and make it a breeze to carry around while you walk. I took this along on a hike and didn't feel bothered by having this bag on my back. It's that comfy!!

Perfect fit for my needs

No complaints, this backpack is exactly what I was looking for. I have a smaller crop sensor camera with multiple lenses and I love being able to organize them exactly the way I want.
They did an amazing job at maximizing space and function while keeping off any excess. Even though its a small bag it still has a lot of room for all your gear.
