One of the best backpacks in the market. Durability of zipper not that great in V1.

Been a great backpack for about 2 years of everyday use as an office backpack and the occasional weekend use as a camera pack (or) a personal item on flights. It's very convenient to segment using the partitions in the backpack and stay more organized. Would definitely come to peak design again if i needed another high quality backpack.
The only con is of durability, as the zipper on the side came off after just under 2 years of use but peak design has a great lifetime warranty and they were happy to replace the backpack with a new one (with return shipping for the old one, i didn't even have a bill since i got the bag from my employer). Wish they redesigned V1 zipper to have better longevity (as they claim on the V2 version) or they start giving out V2 in case of zipper issues on the V1. But nevertheless, i am a really happy customer with their lifetime warranty.
The lure of the bag goes beyond the form and the functionalities which most photographers would be looking out for when buying a camera bag. However, it was the engineering marvel that had me sold.
I was intrigued by the flexibility in terms of storage with the use of the dividers. Having the bag in hand reaffirms the purchase decision. The build quality and the thoughts that went into the design of the bag makes this a highly versatile camera equipment bag. The possibilities of what you can pack for the day is quite limitless.
Price wise is rather on the high side but for those who own it would say that it's worth every dollar spent. The downside of this bag would be the dividers which I would prefer it to be stronger. It collapsed too easily even under the weight of a lens and needless to say a camera body.
Overall, it is still an ideal backpack if you are looking for something that could hold everything you need for a shoot.
Even Better Than It Looks! (And It Looks Darn Good!!)

I bought the 30l black Everyday Backpack 3 months ago. I was hoping for a versatile bag that I could use to carry around my camera gear as well as every day items.
This bag has far exceeded my expectations! It's much more than a camera bag, it's infinitely adaptable to meet the needs of what I'm doing each day. I use it daily, with my computer and office essentials for my day job, as well as my drone and camera for after I leave the office. It's stylish, and looks "professional" in the office, but also rugged enough to handle harsh outdoor environments.
The build quality is exceptional, with careful attention paid to every part of the bag. The outer material does a great job at repelling rain and snow (I've used for well over an hour in the pouring rain and the inside was perfectly dry), and stands up to sand, mud and dirt when using it outdoors.
I couldn't be happier with this bag. I'm a firm believer in the old adage "you get what you pay for", but in this case of this backpack you're getting a steal!
This bag checks all the boxes you are looking for in a daily backpack. It's a very thoughtful bag with new design features that you wouldn't even think of. Highly recommend watching videos of the bag to be sure you don't miss any feature! Would recommend this bag for anyone, definitely worth it!
Overall, the backpack lives up to the online consensus that it is great for photography and carrying the equipment entailed. However, outside of that use, the bag does fall short.
Pros: - beautiful aesthetic - well thought out function, love the magnetic clasp - dividers work really well for holding camera gear
Cons: - Exterior material, though rugged and durable, does feel cheap in a sense - No space to hold any documents except in limited laptop pocket - Overall rigid structure makes bag somewhat unwieldy (specifically the 30L)
Overall if you have a lot of photography gear to carry, and the cash to spend on a photography specific backpack, this backpack will do you good. As an everyday carry, I think it falls short.
This bag is soooo hip. I have many camera bags but this one is hip and stylish. The room inside is adequate and up to the task. The brain power invested in this bag is obvious.
