Solid little speaker

Got this for Christmas from my brother this year, and so far it’s been good. If you’re looking for something with heavy bass, this is NOT the speaker for you. I can’t lie I was highly disappointed with the bass quality for the music I listen to. That being said though, the highs are PHENOMENAL. I have never heard a speaker with better, crisper, louder, more piercing highs. If you like to listen to acoustic sort of rock, jazz, and you like to hear every little itty bitty piece of sound within a song - you’ll love this speaker. If you like heavy bass from rap, r&b, pop, and heavier rock and metal, this likely won’t satisfy your needs and that’s the only reason it’s a 4 star for me.
For such a small speaker and how incredibly lightweight it is, it absolutely FILLS the room with sound. It’s honestly incredible, I just really wish the bass was there.
Super sturdy feeling, good materials, lightweight, SUPER fast to connect (and I mean lightning fast, after I turned it on after the first time and connected it, it now connects to my phone no more than 2 seconds after I turn it on). I’d say it’s a great option especially for those who like higher notes in their music.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Battery longevity has diminishing returns

Bought this speaker for playing music while camping. Connects fine, sounds awesome, but after the 6th time using it, we noticed the battery life was less each time. Now we've had it 6 months and the battery gives us about 4 hours before it loudly starts alerting us that the battery is low.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was looking for a new Bluetooth speaker to replace my old speaker and opted for this one because it was on sale.
It paired with one, old cell phone, fine, it played fine. My complaint when it played is the lowest setting is not quiet enough, this speaker seems to only want to be in party mode, not quiet ambient mode.
When paired with the new cellphone the sound sounded like it was underwater, regardless of the song.
Will be returning for something with higher ratings!
