Purchased it on Feb 7th and got it on Feb 10th the laptop and started to set it up. When I started the required updates and it restarted, it no longer wanted to connect to wifi. Took it to geek squad Feb 11th and they said everything was good, but was not reading the wifi and advised us to return or exchange the product due to it being defective. So, I had to return it.

To resolve the issue, please check if WIFI is enabled, it is still connected to your WIFI network and check if internet service is working properly. If these were checked working, please perform a System Restoret to revert the system to the last known good configuration when the WIFI is working properly. I have only had the laptop for a few weeks but so far it's been great! I have used it for work and gaming, both worked fine. I like the fact that for basically everything except gaming the fans are silent.

Absolutely an amazing piece of hardware. Such a sleek and sexy design. The complexity and utter attention given to this laptop is unbelievable. Even though this is my first ever gaming laptop, this thing is crazy! Highly recommend purchasing
