I guess it is not that bad

At first I was a little disappointed, but after reevaluating it I had to change my mind. I had problems with the Blue tooth, but after reading the instruction on this website, I was able to BT my phone and my tablet no problem, also once I moved it off the wall the vibration in the speaker stop. I can also increase the bass with no problems and my remote work great.
I have learned you have to blue tooth it from the bar not the remote. My only big problem is the stand. I put it together and when I attached it, it was still wobbly, but where I have it placed it will not fall.
The room I have this in is very small and I have it attached with the optical cord to a 40 Samsung tv. So all in all for what I paid for it, I am ok with this product.

bluetooth problems

iphone pairs and works. ipod pairs but doesn't produce any sound. bought Bluetooth transmitter for tv (which pairs fine with other speakers) but won't pair because there is no way to enter a passcode on a transmitter that has no keyboard.

Also, the ITB195B that you purchased is a receiver and does not require a passcode to link. However, if your BT Transmitter requires a passcode, you will need to contact the manufacturer of the transmitter for a solution. won't power on

Bought it as a gift for Christmas. Used it a few times. Tried using it today and it won't power on. Tried multiple plugs etc and it still won't power on. For the money I paid for this I expect it to work more than 5 times.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

workd fine on some channels

Just got this for birthday, hooked up w/ optical cord. Did the learn process and tried out. On some TV channels, it works great. Other channels, it has a loud chatter. I called support, they had me unplug power and push power button for 30 secs. No changes. Need to return. Any ideas why some channels work great?

Bought one and hooked it up to my tv with supplied cables and no sound the bluetooth works off of my phone but that is the only thing that works
