Not working as expected

DO NOT BUY, I bougt this one because travel for work and need a magsafe power bank to stay active all day within my work. This battery is so slow to charge, overheats a lot, consider buy another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not charge the phone and gets extremely hot.

Basically does not work. I can leave this thing on my iPhone for hours and may get 1-2% on the charge. All of the energy seems to be lost in generating heat, as the unit gets uncomfortably hot. Website not helpful. I've tried to file a warranty claim here, but the site directs you to a form that is only for screen protectors.

The concept is great, however this product is not what I expected when I bought it. The metal stand gets so hot that you can’t even touch it. The power bank makes a weird whistling noise while charging your phone…

Product failure

This product is a failure. Every time I place it on my phone it only charges about 10% before it overheats my phone and shuts off. I already had it replaced once by warranty due to the battery getting so hot I could barely touch it. The replacement does the same thing.

Battery overheats - unusually.

Just received the second unit of this product after returning my first one. The replacement product has the same issue. It overheats my phone and shuts off charging after only 10-15 minutes of charging and only 3-4% of battery charge. This overheating is damaging to the phone battery and the wireless charger becomes so hot you can barely touch it.
