I have been waiting seemingly forever for someone to offer a portable power station which cannot only run 220V AC but, offers the same connector my Gen-Tran uses to connect my gas powered generators. The relevancy of this is ease of powering our well pump…silently.

Add on Battery for the F3800.

I purchased this add on battery for my F3800 to double my backup.
It is super easy to hook up and it connects to the BMS as soon as you turn it on. Couldn't be easier to add more power to your backup system.
Now I just need four more of them !

While I’m writing this review, we are currently in a power outage in parts of Houston due to a storm. So I’m really greatfull to have purchased this when I did. This thing works exactly as it’s supposed to, and so easy to use. It’s well made, but it is very heavy. Hoping to add more solar and batteries to it soon.

Good Product, Poor sales Policies

I sent my boss to you to purchase an F3800 battery system for our office in the courthouse. You refused to honor the coupon I sent them, and then refused to do business with us. Government offices aren't allowed to use credit cards, and most businesses order with net 30 purchasing. You apparently have no idea just how much business you are throwing away by accepting only credit cards. I can't recommend you to my friends. I already did and you refused to do business with them. Too bad, your products are pretty good, and could save a lot of businesses lots of money. I can't help but be dissapointed.

All night quiet

I got this second BP3800 to raise my stored wattage to 11,400 to ensure a longer period between generator runs. Power outages have lasted up to 11 days here and we get tired of the noise especially at night. I will charge my Anker Solix batteries while running the house on generator and then switch to quiet battery power over night.

Love the plug and play of the F3800 and the BP3800 expansion batteries. Just plug it in and the F3800 handles it all seamlessly. Easy to use in my RV for when the power goes out.
