Do not buy this oven

This is the worst microwave oven I've ever owned. I'm embarrassed how much I paid for it. It has all these cooking modes, so its supposed to be this amazing powerful and versatile oven. It is not. I think because this is120V it has limited wattage. Perhaps on the 240V version the modes can work at the same time (microwave and heat lamp for example) and maybe the speedcook mode actually cooks speedily. I don't know. But my space is not wired for 240 for the microwave (most aren't).
Tonight I cooked a frozen pizza. This pizza cooks perfectly in either my regular oven or in my countertop convection toaster in 12 minutes. I paid so much for the Advantium so I set the convection mode to 425. It just doesn't want to go over 300- it took about 25 minutes to preheat to 425. I put the pizza in on the included pizza pan and cooked for 12 minutes. It was barely warm in the middle. I switched it to the speedcook mode, and this was just a joke (not sure if it was even working). So I switched back to convection, and lowered the temp to 400. It never hit 400, but spent the next 20 minutes slowly warming my pizza. I gave up and took it out. It was hot enough I guess in the middle. Then- the pizza was fully stuck to the pizza tray. The tray and the pizza are in the trash now.
I guess if it was a good microwave I could just ignore the other features. It isn't. Because of all these other features, the microwave is underpowered at 975 watts. I wasn't sure if it would matter- it does. It is slower at everything, and is terrible for microwave popcorn. Its like the power of a cheap dorm microwave. It has all these capabilities- it isn't good at any of them. It's a piece of junk.
I've given it several months to see if I'd get used to it. I hate it. I do not recommend this microwave at all. I wish I didn't throw away the 20 year old GE this replaced - that was far superior.

We've only been using this oven for a couple weeks. so far so good and the only complaint is that it takes much longer to pre heat before using the convection oven.

NO Instructions how to USE screen

I just had installed 4 hours ago and no written instructions on how to operate the PSB9120SV1SS. The screen is full of lights and dials but NO NO NO written instructions how to use the Product.

Graet features plus additional functionality

[Employee of ge_appliances] beautiful wall oven with so much capability. This unit was purchased to replace our old advantium oven that had been experiencing maintenance issue after 14 years of daily use. We are missing our comfortable old controls as we get used to the new display. Since we use our advantium multiple times per day learning the new controls has been fairly easy. Cooking is the same ease as our old unit and we are looking forward to the steam option on the new unit. We actually like the large clock display.
