Cafe mistake

I have had this microwave for several months and I made a big mistake. It beeps after I close the door. I can’t clean the interior cuz my arm is not long enough to reach the back of the interior. I wish I never bought it

Great features, lovely display

We really like our new Cafe 30" Built-In Microwave/Convection Oven! We are still getting to know all of its features, but for quick warm-ups so far, so good! We like the display and wish there were even more images to choose from for the wallpaper. We like the trivia info. We look forward to using this microwave for many years.

Cooks FAAAST

Great looking unit. We have the 240V version and it cooks frozen chicken breast super fast when in a pinch. All the different settings are great. My only complaint is sometimes the screen freezes occasionally(Probably once every 4-5 months) so I have to go out and flip the breaker to reset it. Other than that very happy with the purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Big Improvement

We bought this to replace a 2007 Advantium. This is by far a better appliance. The controls are well laid out and the menus are intuitive. Elimination of the knob makes the control panel much simpler to keep clean. The Reheat function is much better. One negative is the signal to close the door. During a defrost cycle I'm prompted to turn the food over. While I'm turning the food over, I'm getting a signal to close the door. Useless feature. Otherwise, it's a very good unit.
