[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the capacity is great, the controls are easy to use, and the design is perfect for my kitchen. the features, especially the ability to use as a second oven is perfect. the power and ease of cooking is spectacular. my only complaint for this product, is it should stop alerting the cooking is done wnce you have removed the item, which requires opening the door. This machine will get annoying if you forget to actually press the done button, for it will keep telling you throughout the meal that it is done cooking. Please correct for future models

Got three messages on the display. Didn’t have chance to read them all, as I accidentally pressed the first one, asking if I want to turn power off. This is it. I cannot manage to power it on. No help from GE Support. The design does not have power on/off switch.

It’s not my favorite . I have had better convection microwaves. It’s noisy when it gets hot. It makes a lot of noise that I think it’s going to blow up. It’s supposed to be an air fryer, but I can’t find out how to use it so I’m not happy but that’s the only one out there at the moment.

Vague and ineffective touch buttons…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The controls do not work on first touch. They are vague glass buttons that must be pressed again and again to make the function work. Even though my fingers are dry and clean, the glass does not register the touch. The design is elegant and pretty. The power settings are powerful and heat rapidly. The touch buttons are ineffective in operating this unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
