The Galaxy AI helps you with your exercise routine, knowing how many repetitions you've completed, and knowing your heart rate when you exercise. It's ideal for people who are new to the gym.

Not only does it assist with my basic cell needs- texting & calling but it has significantly helped to improve my overall health these last few years! I literally recommend the Samsung watches to everyone & a few of my coworkers have actually switched over to Samsung from other companies & they love theirs now too! I am so excited to try all the new AI from Samsung! Ty Samsung! Samsung girl FOREVER!

It do make life a little easier but i dont want it to take over every aspect of my day to day activity. Some things are better the original way and some things can be upgraded on a different level.
