[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had already started my fitness journey but the watch amped it up. It monitors my sleep, exercise, steps, snoring etc.. This watch does everything. Of course you can use it to check social media, take phone calls, etc.. It tells me when I've been sitting too long and prompts me to stand and move around. I could go on and on about this devise. I love it.

We also offer Samsung Care+ which can be added to eligible devices. It's similar to extended warranty and an insurance package combined that provides protection beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty. It would cover events like accidental damage, mechanical breakdowns, and potentially theft and loss. Samsung Care+ offers you the ultimate peace of mind when added to your eligible devices. Without having more information available regarding what you may be experiencing with your Galaxy Watch FE and without being able to ask you any follow up questions to probe further, I recommend reaching out to Samsung Support. It gets me motivated and moving throughout the day then the sleep feature is so fun and cute I got penguin 😌

Thanks to Galaxy AI, the watch analyzes my sleep stages, heart rate variability, and other metrics to give me a holistic “Energy Score.” It provides "Wellness Tips" to help me understand what might have affected my score, and offers guidance on how to improve my sleep for better performance the next day. It’s like having a personal sleep coach on my wrist, and the personalized insights are genuinely helpful.
During my morning run, the watch uses Galaxy AI to provide "Personalized Heart Rate Zones." Instead of just a generic target, the watch scans my health data to create heart rate zones tailored specifically to me. It guides me to maintain the right intensity to hit my fitness goals, whether I’m aiming for fat burning or endurance. This takes the guesswork out of my workouts and makes my training feel more efficient.
Throughout the day, the watch is a great companion for staying on top of things. When a text message comes in, I can use the AI-powered smart replies to quickly and intelligently respond without even touching my phone.
