This is a replacement for an older version. Takes longer to mix cookie dough. The blade wobbles on the stem and doesn’t sit flat on bowl base. Have to open lid often to mash mixture down to continue mixing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

WE purchased the 9 cup cuisinart to replace an 11 cup we've had for over 20 years. The new 9 cup worked like a gem. The blade storage was much more functional and the extra bowl with side chute was a definite improvement.

Works great for shedding cabbage for coleslaw, Jambalaya and Asian salad. It is extremely easy to work and clean.
