Disappointed in this model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved my last whirlpool refrigerator. It was perfect. I wanted to buy the same one when I relocated and it wasn’t available. I ended up with a fridge that is counter depth, and it is so tiny. But more importantly, the deli drawer of the fruit and vegetable drawer have these little rollers that are so cheap and sound that way it’s rocking when you try to pull them out it doesn’t feel sturdy. I paid more for this model than I did my other one yet. It feels cheaper. The items in the door don’t get very cold and I’ve turned the The fridge up by 1° and I’m still not getting the coldness that I would expect or had in the last refrigerator
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wonderfully designed—great upgrade

Hums annoyingly when running.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall we are very happy with the features and performance of our new refrigerator. However, it has started to hum fairly loudly when running. It was not doing this at first, but now is quite noticeable and annoying. I have eliminated it touching the wall or cabinetry and conclude it is the compressor or fan. If it continues we will need to have a tech look at it. It is loud enough for us to hear from another room, and our hearing is not great.

Try to replace a previous Whirlpool bought 8 years ago, big mistake I just ordered it thinking I get the same replacement. No the new one on the outside had the same look which is great ... but the inside was reduced in quality, the shelves were a cheaper plastic very disappointed.

Ongoing Failure of Whirlpool Refrigerator Ice Make

January 2026, the refrigerator stopped producing ice. Since that time, Whirlpool has sent technicians to my home six separate times in an attempt to repair the unit. Despite these visits, the ice maker still does not function.
