[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very cheaply made. The freezer drawer is plastic and will not stay in it's place. Not worth the price paid.

Noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the refrigerator about 2 weeks ago. When it’s running it’s way, way too noisy. For what we paid we thought it would be a quiet refrigerator, not so!

Decent Counter Depth Unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks very nice. Decent capacity for a counter depth model. The upper bin in the freezer doesn't "glide" in/out very well. Seems like that could be improved. My older fridge had a very smooth glide in and out. In general the upper freezer bin just worked much better. The fridge temp has more fluctuation than I'd like -- I have a thermometer sitting in central and undisturbed location and the temp varies a bit more than I'd expect...but overall if keeps things sufficiently cold. The light placement is meh -- it's easy to block light getting to lower shelves with things on upper shelves. Surely a few more strategically placed LED lights would be nice. Also a bit of Frost from opening the freezer often causes the freezer light switch to stick closed just a bit and the light may not come on in the freezer. Despite these issues.... so far I'm pretty happy with it. It's amazing what 3 inches less depth does though. It is limiting when you are used to plenty of space by a full depth unit.

Very Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always trusted Whirlpool rerigerators but after reading reviews, it was noted that they were loud. I am very happy to report that the refrigerator is very quiet except for the water coming in to fill the ice maker but that is only a few seconds. I bought the counter depth and is perfect for my location. The only negative is that the freezer section is pretty small because of the depth. Overall, I am very happy with my choice.

Great Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Whirlpool counter depth refrigerator. My old one was standard depth and took up too much room in my kitchen. I can get to cabinets that were blocked by my old refrigerator, and I have more than one temperature now.
