Poor repair process.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product came with a defective water valve from the start. Even though I paid for a 5 year warranty, the dealer would not come out to fix it. I had to call whirlpool and get a different dealer repair. The new valve lasted about 2 days and the new valve started making the same noise sporadically. They came back and the repairman of course did not hear it since it was not acting up at the moment. So he left without making the repair. It still does it. It is not normal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Spacious Appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our home and the refrigerator was apart of our home purchase. The door had a dent on the front of it and was fixed immediately, even though we were told 6 to 8 weeks. It is big and spacious and perfect for our family.
