Whirlpool Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My refrigerator functions very well for the most part. My only problem with it so far is the placement of the controls. The controls should be placed inside of the refrigerator out of sight so guests don’t mistake them for something else. I have only had my refrigerator for a couple of months and already I have had my ice maker turned off twice and also have had the entire system shut down. Everyone thinks they have something to do with dispensing ice or water. My only complaint is poor placement of controls. SMH!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The on off switch for the ice maker is not legible. You would need a mirror in order to see the on off switch. Very bad location. Also there is condensation around the gasket on the top of the freezer.

whirlpool is a good name but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought this a month ago and I do not like it. I wish I would not have bought it. The ice maker takes up way too much shelf space in the refrigerator and ice door is hard to open. There are no breakaway shelves so no room for tall things. Only 1 light in the top and of the refrigerator and it runs from the front to the back. If I put a carton on eggs on the top shelf under the light, it blocks the light for the rest of the refrigerator. I just want my old refrigerator back. I do like the water dispenser. The ice is half moon shaped ice and not very big so it melts really quick.

This model no great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second time it was replaced with the same issues within in 6 months !!Now service technician came out and tells me nothing wrong !!! That icemaker jams up often and condensation is normal!! Not very happy with this model!!’

I love my new fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive have my fridge for almost 3 weeks and we love it, our old fridge was also a whirlpool and ut lasted us over 12 years so thats why we got a new whirlpool also. Ita very spacious and i love that i finally got a french door fridge.
