Nice fridge but….

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it less than a month ago but temperature settings versus actual temp differ. At -3 degrees ice cream is soft, thermal gun says it’s 5 degrees+.

It’s a bit different than a side by side, however the French door features and the bottom freezer is nice. The through the door water and ice were a must for us, as our previous refrigerator had this, it also was a Whirlpool and it worked flawlessly for 20 years and still runs great. I’ve always bought Whirlpool, every thing we have is whirlpool. Years ago I was a whirlpool dealer, I always had a great relationship with your company. It was always a great product

Drawers open awkwardly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a week ago to replace the ten year old version of this one that flooded our kitchen when the ice maker crapped out for the third time. I have no idea why we continue to buy whirlpool appliances except for the fact that I know how to repair them, lol. Drawers and shelves much cheaper than the old one.
