Bad choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not a fan!! I should have gone with a side by side like I have had for 30 years. This one holds less in the frig and freezer. You can't open the left side w/o the right being open. The drawers don't open without the doors open. The icemaker makes the loudest noise I have ever heard from a refrigerator. There isn't a specific place for the eggs. I sort of hope it dies early.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible icemaker ruins everything.

Very unhappy with this refrigerator. because of the terrible design of the icemaker. Had 25 people for Christmas dinner and NO ICE, which ruined our meal. No one was able to get the ice bin open so we could try to fix it. Neither cubed nor crushed ice would come out. I wish I had bought any other brand than whirlpool with my full kitchen remodel. I will never buy Whirlpool again. I have to call again for service on this icemaker. I wish they would take the whole thing and throw it in the trash.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Solid Fridge - wondering about icemaker longevity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a month ago. Cools/frezes as expected and delivers ice/water as expected. Nervous about icemaker though as it is very loud. Wondering whether something is headed to early failure. If this is normal, it should be fixed - its loud enough that if I had known before buying, I'd probably have selected another model or brand.

Great looking refrigerator but cheaply made inside

They are very flimsy and I feel when not if they break I hope your warranty cover those. Come on whirlpool you can do better than that! Seriously my Amana refrigerator I just had to get rid of ( made by whirlpool) was way better quality.
